We will discuss and develop your construction project requirements in detail during on-site visits and establish baseline criteria for building components accordingly.

Upon receipt of your acceptance of our proposal we will start the construction work. We will provide status information proactively and will clarify any open issues in close communication with you.

Once the construction work has been completed we will to assess key areas of the construction work together with you to ensure we have met the contracted obligations and we we will hand over the documentation to you.

You will receive a detailed construction proposal furnishing all prices for labor services, equipment and materials for the requirements which had been agreed upon.

If you would like to change your requirements during the construction stage, we will support you the best possible way and will propose feasible options. We will advise early in advance possible schedule changes and additional costs and, so you may decide, whether you would like to accept those changes or not.

If there are any defects in the works, we will handle those issues in an effective, professional and efficient manner and will ensure to perform the necessary rectification works in close cooperation and communication with you.
